Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using dhruboduti.com or engaging OneDot ABM for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

OneDot ABM provides performance marketing, Meta Ads management, Google Ads, social media management, branding, funnel strategy, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or invoices.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account access and information needed to perform services.
  • Maintain your ad platform accounts in good standing.
  • Ensure you have rights to all content, images, and materials you provide.
  • Pay invoices on time per agreed terms.

4. Payment

5. Intellectual property

All work product created for you (ad creatives, copy, strategies) transfers to you upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools we develop remain our property. Content you provide remains yours.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose the other's confidential business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. No performance guarantee

Ad platform results depend on many factors outside our control (algorithm changes, market conditions, ad account history, budget). 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. [LAWYER REVIEW]

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 14 days written notice. You owe fees for work completed to the termination date.

10. Governing law
